Behemoth Droppings

Well, we are back from vacation. We actually got back on Thursday, but I was too tired to post anything! The first thing we did when we got back was pick up Belle. She was happy to see us, but she was really mean yesterday. She was growling more than normal and biting a lot. So far today, she seems to be back to normal. I don’t know what was up with her

Now, as far as the trip goes we had a good time. The aquarium was nice, but too expensive! We played way too many games of putt-putt golf to link to all of them. All I have to say is $1 a hole is too much money for putt-putt, even if it is blacklight golf. I did manage to get Leslie to go on the skylift. I really enjoyed it, but I think she could have skipped it!

I think the thing I enjoyed the most, however, was going horse-back riding. I was on a stubborn horse that stopped one time and I had to kick like crazy to get him going again. His name was Mr. Ohio. Yeah, imagine that!! He stumbled a few times, and actually fell to his knees once. I thought he was going to just tumble on over, but he got back up. I’m sure there is something that I am forgetting. Anyway, it’s nice to be back home on a mattress that doesn’t destroy my back!!

Well, today is the last day of work before me and Leslie take our vacation. I’m excited! This will be the first time I’ve ever had a paid vacation! We are heading down to my parents for the weekend, and then on Monday we will be going on down to Gatlinburg! Unfortunately we can’t take Belle with us, so we’ll be checking her in to a doggy hotel. Well, not really. The Ft. Wright Animal Clinic offers boarding, so that’s where she’ll be staying. Then, when we get back, it’s paintball and camping!! Fun times!

Wow, this has been a long week. I’m really looking forward to the weekend. I haven’t really had time to do anything at all this week. As soon as I get home from work, I’ve been working on some furniture my parents gave me. It was my grandma’s bedroom suit. My grandma actually got it from her aunt, so it’s really old furniture. It’s all solid wood, and it’s very pretty. My parents had it in a trailer storing it and the trailer sprung a leak, so it had mold all over it. I’ve been working on cleaning the mold off, stripping it, sanding it, and then restaining it. I’m not sure what type of wood it is, but I noticed after I got the old stain off that it is a red wood. I can’t wait to get it finished, it’ll be really nice.

Anyway, this weekend I’m gonna try to get away from that a little and relax. This evening Lori is coming over and hanging out. Tomorrow, Leslie and I are gonna explore Independence and maybe hit a few yard sales. Then in the evening we’re going to Shadowbox Cabaret with my friend Pete. Then on Sunday it’s Church, and the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling PPV. Yay weekend!!!

Well, I’ve finally made a few updates. I’ve added some new pictures of Belle, Logan, Devon, Mackenna, and the house. I also organized them a little better. Along with this, I also made all the videos into low-quality videos for those that have dial-up internet. I’m trying to make my website more user-friendly!!

All I have to say is wow!! Ever since I did a post about the piece of rip-off junk-mail, I have gotten a massive amount of hits from search engines, especially on the phone number. I was wondering why, so I did a Google search on the phone number and my site was the only one to come up. With the number of searches that ended in my site was so high, I was really surprised. A lot of people have been getting this message, and there isn’t a lot of exposure saying that it is junk. I’m really glad that I can help other people keep from waisting there money. What’s even cooler is when people start signing your guestbook after they come across a post. I think that today was the first time someone signed my guestbook that I didn’t know. Thanks Garrett!! Now I really have to post more, knowing that there are a lot of people coming to my site everyday.
